Born Nicola Antonio Forte
and from Italian heritage, has
been entertaining audiences
around the world for over five
decades. His repertoire is
unlimited, and his energy is always
upbeat. He has been very
selective in his choice of music over the
years. He does however, like
to keep alive what he calls the classics,
show tunes, happy tunes, and
togetherness songs. In addition to co-
starring with Woody Allen in
his classic movie “Broadway Danny
Rose,” he also wrote two
compositions for that movie: “Agita”, and
“Keep Italian in Your Heart”
(Robins Song). He was also a guest
on the Tonight Show, Regis,
Good Morning America, and
numerous other TV and Radio
shows.
Over the past ten years, Nick
has performed at some of the
largest casinos in the world, and
because of his love for the
sea, he has performed on many cruise
ships world wide, least to
say, corporate appearances are his Forte!

Deana Martin,
the daughter of Dean Martin will be the main headliner for
the Saturday night performance.

She is
an accomplished singer, actor, radio personality, and a best
selling book author. Deana is a top 10 recording
classical jazz artist. In 2009, she released her CD "Volare"
and her book "Memories Are Made of This." Her book,
a biography from her eyes talks about the upbringing as a
child of her famous father. The book is
being made into a movie.
A giant
video screen will accompany her act showing private home
movies, some never seen before, of Deana and her father and
others.
Deana
often talks about what it was like growing up with such
renown actors, singers, and comedians, such as Jerry Lewis,
John Wayne, Elvis, and Lucille Ball.
Deana
will be holding a CD and book signing event at the Enfield,
CT Barnes and Noble on Thurs. July 29th from 4 to 6 P.M.
Musical conductor for the evening is Vincent Falcone.
Vincent was Frank
Sinatra's personal music conductor and pianist. He performed with many entertainers such as Tony
Bennett, Connie Francis, Paul Anka, Jerry Lewis, and Robert
Goulet. He is currently performing at Ceasar's Palace
in Las Vegas.

According to Carl Sferrazza, President of the Mt Carmel
Society, "Deana has a wonderful voice and she is incredibly
talented, so we are thrilled to have her become a part of
this year's event."

Gianpaolo DiGrazia has performed at our feast for the last two years.
All are amazed at his wonderful mastery of Italian songs and
his singing talent.

Rob
Zappulla is back by popular demand and will be
performing on Sunday.
Opening
for Rob will be vocalist Marcello Sparagna.

Marcello
sings a wide variety of songs and is especially noted for
his interpretations of Elvis Presley, Tom Jones, Frank
Sinatra, and many others.
Rob was the featured vocalist with one of the most
famous big bands of all time, The Tommy Dorsey Orchestra
from 2001 to 2009. He performed at the 2005
Presidential Inauguration of President George Bush.
Studying a the Hartt School of Music, he is both a
singer and a trumpeter. As a trumpeter Rob has
performed with The Barnum and Bailey Circus, Leslie
Gore, The Box Tops and many other well known groups. He
has opened for Tower of Power, The Drifters, The
Shirelles, The Temptations, and Little Anthony and the
Imperials to name a few.

local talent from our high schools. Listen to the High

We're
proud of our Italian tradition.
Enjoy the
great food prepared by the members, the grease pole, carnival rides
for kids & adults, and other
amusement.
Some food
items include: fried calamari, home made
sauce on fried dough, mozzarella sticks,
grinders made with sausage and peppers or
meatballs, home made pizza, and Italian
pastry.
Celebrate
mass on Sunday morning at our private Chapel
along with the members.
